My Approach
Do you feel alone or misunderstood? Are some days too hard to find any hope? I believe every person has strength that can sometimes feel difficult to find. I approach therapy in a way of helping you identify your strengths and make sense of your past experiences so that you can live more fully in the present and begin building the future that you want. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, are having relationship issues, and facing low self-esteem.
Using humor, warmth, and empathy, I partner with you to identify your strengths and help you achieve personal growth through exploration and curiosity about the root causes behind your behaviors. Together, we work to understand your early life experiences and relationships with others in a nonjudgmental and supportive environment.
